Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for casino products, including revenue growth, cost control, and EBITDA performance
• Set and execute a clear strategic roadmap, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth
• Lead cross-functional squads spanning content, SEO, product, commercial, CRO, and brand
• Drive execution through OKRs, operating cadence, and performance-trackingMonitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations in the online gaming and affiliate space
• Coach, develop, and support leaders and team members across the organization
