- Indiana Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Ability to monitor, coach, and measure work performance of insurance agents.
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build a profitable insurance agency by developing a high-performing team of multi-line agents.
- Ensure marketing strategies are executed across all agencies.
- Monitor and support sales agents in growing memberships, Life & P&C premiums, and policy counts.
- Reach and exceed sales goals by ensuring adequate staffing and training.
- Be an active community leader in the local area.
