Job summary

IDEX is seeking a motivated professional to support the outside sales team, generate quotations, and handle software renewal quotes. You will update CRM projects, engage with customers, and assist with vendor registrations while traveling up to 10% as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach to growth. A Bachelor’s degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology.
• Highly organized with excellent follow up skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong listening skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team.
• Generate software renewal quotations and communicate with customers.
• Update CRM projects and opportunities.
• Participate in local industry associations and trade shows with the Sales team.
• Process equipment orders as needed.
• Assist the Inside Sales Manager with vendor registrations.
• Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.
• Support the team with growth initiatives.
