Job summary

PepsiCo in Plano, TX is seeking a Manager, Permissible Innovation to shape the future of the Positive Choice portfolio. You will translate consumer insights into concepts and lead the development of growth platforms across brand, insights, and product teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution across 2027–2028+. Compensation ranges from $110,700 to $185,250 per year with a 12% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Prior marketing, innovation, brand management, or commercialization experience.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs, innovation strategies, or growth initiatives.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience influencing and collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Growth: define and refine long-term strategy, growth platforms and white space opportunities for 2028 and beyond.
• Pipeline Development: lead ideation sessions, agile workshops, and innovation processes to create compelling consumer propositions.
• Innovation Execution: lead execution of the 2027 and 2028+ pipeline with cross-functional teams and milestones.
• Organizational Leadership: establish new ways of working and influence across a matrix organization.
• Key Partners: Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales.
