You will partner with managers and leadership to foster collaboration, manage performance cycles, compensation processes, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with policy and Japan labor frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum of three years HR experience including recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of Japan's labor legislation and employment frameworks.
• Hands-on experience overseeing recruitment efforts and talent acquisition workflows.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to manage confidential information with sound judgment.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and process management.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records per company policies.
• Provide support for performance reviews and development programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and HR inquiries.
• Monitor adherence to labor legislation and HR practices.
• Create programs to improve engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
• Partner with managers on employee relations issues.
• Compile HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Assist with headcount planning and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with international teams on global HR activities.
• Contribute to policy development and HR process improvements.
