Eggs Unlimited in Irvine, CA seeks a business-minded, hands-on Director of Human Resources. This role partners with executives to align people strategy with aggressive growth, new markets, and acquisitions, while building scalable leadership and HR infrastructure.

You will mentor a People Generalist, oversee payroll and benefits, and drive practical, results-oriented HR initiatives with urgency and care for employees.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership or HRBP experience advising executives/managers.
• Commercial experience in a high-growth, sales-driven, or operationally intensive business.
• Experience aligning people strategy with growth, profitability, and execution.

Responsabilités

• Align people strategy with business goals and growth plans.
• Partner with executives and leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Lead succession planning and HR change initiatives during rapid expansion.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations in collaboration with Legal.
