UC Irvine seeks an accomplished HR Client Services Director to lead the delivery of high-quality HR services across the university and health systems. You will manage HR Business Partners and Generalists, ensuring client-focused service and policy compliance while aligning HR initiatives with strategic business goals.

You will direct resource planning, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence, guiding a team through continuous improvement in employee relations, compensation, and workforce

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, and / or equivalent experience / training.
• 10 years of progressively broad and functionally diverse HR experience; 3 years as HR Manager or Director; supervising others.
• Knowledge and experience in medical center organizations.
• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.

• Develops, leads, and ensures integrated delivery of high-quality HR services aligned with business strategy and supports UCI Health system clients.
• Directly manages HR Business Partners and Generalists.
• Ensures integration of HR business partners into client operations and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

• Establishes objectives and work plans; delegates assignments to managers; oversees HR resources.
• Reviews and approves HR program recommendations; participates in policy development and organizational impact.
