Clayton Homes is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Customer Success Managers and the Business Development Manager at the Home Building Facility. The role involves quoting homes, converting quotes to orders, and organizing commitments and deadlines.

Responsibilities include preparing orders for production, assigning serial numbers, collaborating with engineering, and updating schedules and backlogs. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, through email, and over phone.
• Able to work well within a team - humble, hungry, people smart.

Responsibilities

• Quote homes via phone and email, convert quotes to orders, and cancel orders as needed.
• Complete vinyl releases / AC / SC forms and weekly scorecards.
• Prepare orders for release to production with signoffs and confirmations.
• Assign serial numbers, manage production change orders, and collaborate with engineering.
• Attend order read meetings and update backlog with production and shipping schedules.
• Log orders in SharePoint and maintain retailer database.
• Create option pricing with purchasing and set up models with standard features.
• Handle 45L and Energy Star reporting and assist with freight calculations.
• Invoice homes to financial institutions and support cross-facility coordination.
