Responsibilities include market strategy, sales growth, audience insights, and coaching retail partners on social and digital media to boost loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in business, sales, economics, marketing, math or similar.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3+ years experience in Sales, Marketing Research, Market Intelligence or Consulting.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• High integrity and ethics; adheres to regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytical.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Motivated, self-starter, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create market and product strategy for assigned territories.
• Execute sales growth to meet budgeted production.
• Understand target audiences, behaviors, needs and opportunities.
• Manage knowledge of products, inventory, promotions and pricing.
• Elevate brand through customer focus and advocacy.
• Oversee training in technology, social media, service and parts processes.
• Prospect new avenues to grow market share and referrals.
