BMS CAT is seeking a General Manager to lead our Englewood, Colorado branch, owning results and guiding a high-performing team through restoration projects and service delivery.

You will oversee all branch operations, drive financial performance, ensure safety and quality, and align with corporate strategy.

This role offers a base salary with up to 50% annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to expand market presence.

• Must have proven track record growing a service-oriented business.
• Strong business acumen and P&L management experience.
• Experience in operations and/or sales leadership in restoration/construction or service industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service delivery.
• Oversee P&L performance, cash flow, costs, and profitability. Monitor KPIs to ensure results.
• Build and motivate high-performing teams — hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, safety and compliance across all service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Drive local market expansion and customer relationships through strong community engagement.
