  • Serve as an industry expert for media interviews and other PR opportunities.
  • Regularly provide the marketing team with clients who should receive photo shoots and client celebrations.
Project Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from the initial sales process through design, permitting, construction, and lifetime care.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure processes are followed for scheduling, procurement, change orders, quality control, and risk management.
  • Monitor project metrics and proactively address issues to maintain customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Drive overall business performance to achieve or exceed $6-7M in annual sales and $5-$6M in annual revenue with strong margins.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee resolution of any escalated issues to uphold exceptional satisfaction levels.
  • Support marketing and business development efforts to generate qualified leads and grow market share in high-end residential remodeling.
Compliance & Safety
