Job summary

Soaring Towers in Kitsap County, WA, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and scale a growing residential remodeling business. This on-site role focuses on leadership, process improvement, and client success across multiple projects.

The GM will oversee finance, sales, delivery, design, and team development, aiming to expand into larger remodels and custom homes with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of residential construction/remodeling/design-build leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong end-to-end delivery knowledge: sales to closeout.
• Experience with large-scale remodels, additions, or custom homes preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in or willing to commute to Kitsap County, WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, job costing, margins, cash flow.
• Report performance and growth opportunities to ownership.
• Oversee consultations, estimating, proposals, sales, handoffs.
• Develop new business opportunities and referral networks.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff as the company grows.
• Oversee project managers, field crews, designers, and subs.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee pre-construction, permits, procurement, scheduling.
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships.
