Job summary

Elektro Assemblies, located in Red Wing, Minnesota, is seeking an electrical engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will estimate quotes for new opportunities, support onboarding, and analyze costs and margins for customer projects.

Role requires a 4-year degree in electrical/industrial/process engineering, 3+ years in a technical engineering role, and strong communication. Familiarity with prints, BOMs, and ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent in electrical, industrial or process engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in a technical engineering role.
• Experience quoting, system maintenance: new part numbers, BOMs, routings, standard work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and quote new opportunities to grow sales.
• Support production onboarding new business and develop standard work.
• Provide cost estimates, margins, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, production and purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Read and interpret electrical prints and technical specs to meet customer needs.
