Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager in Ridgeland, MS. You will lead daily store operations, coach a team, ensure compliance, and build revenue through local marketing and community events.

You will manage cash, security, and staff while delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced retail/finance environment. This role offers training, advancement, and a competitive hourly rate with bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events to drive growth.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications, transactions, and risk within limits.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards and local/state laws.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews as directed by leadership.
• Supervise cash handling, losses, deposits, and expenses with careful controls.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and train staff on keyholder duties.
• Participate in staff recruitment, interviewing, and retention efforts.
• Develop work schedules aligned with budget and store needs for optimal staffing.
• Handle complex customer situations with professionalism.
• Monitor store appearance and coordinate seasonal materials and promotions.
