Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage daily operations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Order inventory and manage supplies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager.
