You will drive membership growth, oversee hiring and training, manage KPIs, and partner with ownership to execute local marketing.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred).
Strong sales background with a proven ability to drive revenue.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High energy, positive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable leading from the front and being hands-on daily.

Responsibilities
