Qualifications

• Must have sales and operations experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in increasing membership sales and driving KPI targets.
• Experience in fitness industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue across the club.
• Lead, train and develop staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
