Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the location, including sales, team leadership, member experience, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is driven by both people and performance.

You will serve as the face of the business: leading the team, supporting members, and ensuring the center consistently delivers an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of instructors and front desk staff

• Manage basic reporting, payroll oversight, and scheduling

• Communicate effectively with ownership and corporate support teams
