• Communicate and implement club policies to employees.

• Recruit and hire high-caliber staff.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Implement and support company programs to generate new membership growth.
• Coordinate with departments to meet club objectives and client service standards.
• Oversee personal training revenue and session production goals.
• Ensure club cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
