Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee marketing and business development initiatives.

• Ensure staffing and operational capacity to support growth.
• Identify and oversee Business Development / Marketing talent as the organization expands.
• Maintain high standards of client service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
