Job summary

Makesy is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Experience & Growth Designer to own day-to-day performance and optimization of our ecommerce sites. This role blends ecommerce instinct with UX, SEO, AI capabilities and AEO/GEO to boost revenue.

You will implement improvements directly, design wireframes in Figma, build landing and product pages, run CRO tests, monitor key metrics and ensure WCAG accessibility while collaborating with Creative, Marketing and Product.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in ecommerce, digital product, CRO or growth.
• Hands-on experience; can implement changes personally.
• Strong understanding of UX and conversion impact.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI-powered search.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce website experience from homepage to checkout.
• Build and optimize landing pages, collections and navigation.
• Run CRO tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Product teams.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance.
