Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Torrance, CA, seeks an autonomous Branch Director to lead our in-home care office with ongoing corporate training and support. You will drive business development, build referral networks, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure client satisfaction while managing on-site operations.

Responsibilities include marketing strategy, staff scheduling, on-call management, and budget oversight to reflect profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing a team or branch.
• Track record of achieving sales and business development goals.
• Must be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and independently manage the Cornerstone Caregiving branch in Torrance, with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new staff and ensure proper shift coverage; manage on-call responsiveness.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and reflect it in profit and loss statements.
• Create an exceptional work culture and motivate the team through incentives and leadership.
