Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Operating Director to lead this Alabama branch with autonomy, supported by our corporate network. You will drive growth, manage staff, and develop strategic relationships with referral partners to expand our in-home care services.

Responsibilities

• Direct the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Oversee staffing and onboarding, plus scheduling and on-call management.
• Conduct client intakes, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Foster an autonomous, high-performance culture across the team.
