Cornerstone Caregiving in Eagle, ID is seeking an autonomous Branch Director to lead our growing in-home care operation. You will own strategy, staffing, and client relationships, with training and support from corporate as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience managing a team.
• Experience meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F

Responsibilities

• Lead this branch independently with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
• Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory and set the tone for team morale.
