Qualifications

• 5+ years external/outside retail mortgage origination experience with emphasis on self-sourced business.
• 3+ years retail mortgage sales management experience.
• 2+ years hiring/managing a sales force in mortgage.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage branch sales activities to meet production goals.
• Recruit, coach and motivate a staff of loan officers and sales professionals.
• Establish and leverage referral partnerships (realtors, builders, attorneys, CPAs).
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while optimizing profitability.
