Qualifications

• Active NMLS license or eligibility for licensure.
• 2+ years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Experience converting inbound opportunities into funded loans.
• Experience in a consumer direct or call center mortgage lending environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective borrowers.
• Educate customers on loan products, rates, terms, and options.
• Assess financial situations, credit, income, and assets.
• Recommend loan solutions that meet goals and qualifications.
• Guide customers from application to closing.
• Review and verify income, employment, and assets.
• Maintain regular communication on status and requirements.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies.
• Convert qualified leads to funded loans, delivering a consultative experience.
• Manage a pipeline and drive loans through origination.
