Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing Phoenix/Chandler team. In this on-site role, you will originate residential mortgage loans, educate borrowers on products, and build a strong referral network with real estate professionals and builders.

You will work with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans from application through closing while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license.
• Experience as Mortgage Loan Officer or Mortgage Originator.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and the loan process.
• On-site work in the Phoenix/Chandler area; local market knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Consult with borrowers to understand financial and homeownership goals.
• Educate clients on available mortgage products and financing options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other referral partners.

• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers and referral partners throughout the transaction.
• Ensure all loans meet company, investor, state, and federal compliance requirements.
• Stay informed on mortgage products, market conditions, interest-rate trends, and industry developments.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Loan Officer position based in Chandler, Arizona, designed for mortgage professionals who want to grow their production, expand their referral network, and build a long-term career with one of the nation's leading retail mortgage lenders.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will work directly with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, and other referral partners to provide mortgage financing solutions tailored to each client's needs.

What You'll Do

• Originate residential mortgage loans from application through closing
• Consult with borrowers to understand their financial and homeownership goals
• Educate clients on available mortgage products and financing options
• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other referral partners

• Consistently work toward individual production and business-development goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar mortgage sales professional
• Demonstrated ability to originate residential mortgage loans and develop referral relationships
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, lending regulations, and the overall mortgage process
• Active NMLS license
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to develop new business while maintaining existing client and referral relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working within loan origination systems and related mortgage technology
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with our team in the Phoenix/Chandler area
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
