Job summary

SQWAD is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work onsite in Portland, OR, reporting directly to the CEO. You will build and run digital campaigns, manage HubSpot Marketing operations, and create content that fuels the sales pipeline and growth.

This is a fast-moving sports tech startup where you’ll own campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media, write case studies and playbooks, and time promotions around major sports moments to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in B2B marketing (SaaS/sports a plus).
• Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub skills (automation, email, reporting).
• Strong understanding of lead generation and demand creation.
• Copywriting with data-driven mindset.
• Startup energy with ability to wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to plan and launch campaigns for awareness and leads.
• Own campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media to fill the pipeline.
• Be our HubSpot guru: manage workflows, landing pages, nurture sequences, and reports.
• Create sales fuel: write case studies, one-pagers, and playbooks.
• Move fast by timing campaigns to sports moments (kickoffs, playoffs, bowls).
• Track results and share insights to double down on what works.
