Venterra Realty is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager in Houston to support property-level demand generation, campaigns, website content, email, social, video, and analytics across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be tech-forward, highly organized, and able to move quickly across email, web updates, social posts, and campaign QA while coordinating with property teams to align with pricing strategies and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate or multi-location/local-market businesses.
Hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns and content.
Strong writing skills for email, web, ads, social, landing pages, and video scripts.
Comfort using AI tools and prompts to speed copywriting, scripting, and content planning.
Attention to detail in campaign setup, links, UTM tracking, and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

Execute daily updates for digital campaigns and adjust creative assets, targeting, and tracking based on data and property needs.
Serve as digital contact for watch-list properties; prepare observations for leadership and execute approved actions.
Create on-page content, campaign copy, emails, social messaging, and short-form video concepts; draft briefs and test variants.
Schedule and manage social media content; ensure profiles are current and compliant; monitor engagement.
Build, test, send email campaigns; manage segments and monitor metrics for improvements.
Update websites, landing pages, and forms; deliver reporting on traffic, leads, cost, and trends; perform QA before launches.
Collaborate with Marketing leadership on PR opportunities; draft basic PR materials and repurpose content across channels.
