Job summary

TORQ Coatings in Lombard, IL is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital marketing across platforms, markets and campaigns. This high-impact role focuses on lead flow, cost efficiency and revenue growth, with hybrid work preferred.

You will manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and emerging platforms, build campaigns and funnels, and partner with creative teams to optimize landing pages and automation using Zapier and CRM workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in digital marketing or paid media management.
• MUST HAVE Meta Ads buying experience.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and performance marketing.
• Highly analytical with strong understanding of ROI and metrics.
• Experience managing and scaling ad budgets.
• Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Zapier.
• Ability to manage campaigns across multiple markets/brands.
• Self‑starter who can execute and think strategically.
• Comfortable working with a visionary founder in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Allocate budgets and optimize performance metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI).
• Launch, test, and scale new campaigns and funnels; collaborate with creative team.
• Manage landing pages and improve conversion rates.
• Build automations (Zapier, CRM workflows).
• Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with outside partners as needed; support growth across markets/brands.
