You will manage paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and launch CTV campaigns, build automation, and partner with a visionary founder on growth strategy to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years in paid media / performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and tracking.
• Experience with Zapier or automation tools.
• Website/CRO experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale paid media campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
• Allocate budgets across markets based on performance.
• Test creatives, audiences, and offers to optimize CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Launch and manage CTV campaigns across Hulu, Roku, YouTube TV, and programmatic platforms.
• Build dashboards to track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and full funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with outside partners and agencies to optimize media buys.
• Own attribution and performance clarity across channels.
