Job summary

Superbolt, a growth marketing agency based in New York, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager for full-time work in a remote setup. You will own growth strategy, media planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and creative collaboration for a small client set, within one pod.

You will lead growth initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels, translating business strategy into paid media plans and leveraging AI to enhance strategy, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or related field is required.
• 18+ months of hands-on growth marketing with paid channels (Meta/Google/TikTok) and GA/Shopify knowledge.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience at a performance agency is a plus; US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building growth strategies aligning channel goals with business objectives.
• Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
• Analyze performance data to identify insights, diagnose issues, and guide budget allocation and testing priorities.
• Build and maintain clear, structured reporting for internal decisions and client communications.
• Implement and validate experimentation frameworks, including test setup, readouts, and next-step recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align media execution, creative output, and growth objectives.
