alice + olivia's Performance Team seeks a collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to drive traffic and customer acquisition across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels, focusing on CPA, ROI, and CLTV to fuel revenue growth.

This role will work with the senior director of performance marketing and cross-functional teams to shape and execute the digital strategy, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive online marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Experience with acquisition channels and cross-channel revenue synergies.
• Experience forecasting budgets and managing channel performance.
• Ability to work with external agencies and internal teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and demand generation targets within CPA, ROI, and CLTV constraints.
• Oversee direct response programs across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels.
• Manage agency relationships and in-house teams to optimize media decisions.
• Forecast monthly budgets and report on digital marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, CRM/Analytics, Creative, and Ecommerce teams.
