Job summary

Safilo Group seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and analysis of campaigns across paid search and social, SEO, affiliate, and retention channels (email and SMS). You’ll be hands-on, optimizing performance and ensuring our D2C brands connect with the right consumers at the right time.

You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams to align campaigns with seasonal launches and promotions, while maintaining playbooks and learnings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce.
• Familiarity with paid media channels and campaign setup.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Shopify+, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and surface insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search and social, SEO, affiliate, and retention channels.
• Coordinate with creative teams to deliver on-brand assets and timelines.
• Manage QA and setup for campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Assist CRM in executing email and SMS campaigns and optimize performance.
• Track, report, and translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations.
