This manager-level role owns website management, organic social, email, analytics, and marketing automation, collaborating across teams to drive engagement, leads, and conversions while leveraging data and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital marketing, marketing automation, or analytics.
• Experience managing multiple digital channels and using data to improve results.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, AI-driven content discovery, and UX optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage website, social media, email, SMS/MMS, and marketing automation.
• Own website strategy, content performance, and conversion paths.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility.
• Create targeted digital campaigns and customer journeys.
• Analyze performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Establish digital KPIs and dashboards.
