Job summary

Modern American Dentistry in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to drive case acceptance and practice growth. This on-site full-time role focuses on presenting comprehensive treatment plans, explaining financing options, and coordinating multi-visit cases with the clinical team.

You will own the unscheduled treatment pipeline, follow up with patients by phone, text, and email, and report on case acceptance metrics to support steady practice growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience presenting dental treatment.
• Proven track record discussing PPO benefits and financing, and scheduling larger cases.
• Disciplined follow-up process and strong organization.
• Consultative, relationship-first style: you listen first, educate clearly and never pressure.
• Comfort talking about money and the confidence to handle objections.
• Experience with Dentrix / Eaglesoft / Open Dental.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans, including implants, Invisalign, crowns, cosmetic and full restorative care, clearly and with compassion.
• Explain PPO benefits, out-of-pocket costs and financing options so treatment feels within reach.
• Coordinate and schedule multi-visit cases, working with the clinical team to sequence care.
• Own the unscheduled treatment pipeline and follow up consistently until every patient has a decision.
• Measure and report case acceptance, follow-up activity and scheduled production; look for patterns and improve your approach.
• Meet regularly with doctors to review cases and plan strategies to help more patients say yes to care.
• Be a trusted point of contact for patients, including those with dental anxiety.
