AVIRE Americas seeks a highly motivated customer service specialist to deliver outstanding service as part of a cross-functional team. You will support customers through the buying process and collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include order processing, quotes, CRM updates, and proactive outreach to resolve issues. This role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities for professional growth within Halma’s global network.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders, changes, credits, and returns.
• Provide quotes for projects and manage inquiries.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails; maintain CRM records.
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments on questions and concerns.
• Run order reports to ensure timely shipments.
• Provide basic technical product support.
• Meet team targets and contribute to process improvements.
