Qualifications

2–4 years in account management, relationship management, customer success, or complex customer service.
Experience in lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity SaaS/fintech environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a dedicated book of business with growth and retention opportunities.
Build relationships with administrators and executives to align Justworks solutions with objectives.
Drive customer value through regular check-ins and strategic business reviews.
Address customer queries with education and cross-functional collaboration.
Champion the Justworks brand and product suite to current and prospective customers.
