Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the Founder and CEO, serving as a true Builder who translates strategic vision into scalable operating systems and aggressive expansion plans.

Based in-office in the United States, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize supply chain and vendor operations, implement scalable processes, and ensure operational integrity during rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Executive leader with proven track record in high-volume distribution or global supply chain logistics.
• Builder who designs and scales operational frameworks, not just maintains existing structures.
• Deep expertise in supply chain logistics, inventory management, international trade workflows, and vendor operations.
• Strong executive presence and strategic decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive vision into scalable operational frameworks and actionable plans.
• Design, establish, and optimize scalable internal systems, logistics, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Oversee all operational departments with KPIs, accountability, and high performance standards.
• Implement risk mitigation and compliance mechanisms to sustain rapid growth.
• Oversee direct-to-brand supply chain channels and global distribution logistics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report core operational metrics to leadership.
