Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a growing, acquisitive PE-backed company.
• Experience integrating acquisitions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for all accounting functions including AP and treasury.
• Disseminate accurate and timely financial information with clear insights.
• Oversee monthly financial statements, aging, audits, tax returns, and budgets.
• Coordinate payroll processing with HR and treasury functions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and month-end close processes.
• Assist external auditors and corporate income tax compliance.
