This relationship‑driven role targets C&I and CRE loans while building long‑term client partnerships that drive lending and deposit growth.

You will source new business, manage the loan lifecycle, coordinate with underwriters and clients, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, including C&I and CRE.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Proven loan origination and portfolio management success.
• Strong credit analysis and underwriting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial banking relationships to grow loan and deposit portfolios.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle from identifying opportunities to closings.
• Coordinate with underwriters, credit teams, attorneys, and clients.
• Maintain understanding of credit risk, underwriting fundamentals, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Consistently achieve or exceed annual lending and portfolio growth goals.
