Job summary

This relationship‑driven role targets C&I and CRE loans while building long‑term client partnerships that drive lending and deposit growth.

You will source new business, manage the loan lifecycle, coordinate with underwriters and clients, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, including C&I and CRE.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Proven loan origination and portfolio management success.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial banking relationships to grow loan and deposit portfolios.
