Responsibilities

• Explain, promote, and sell bank products based on customer needs.
• Provide administrative support to loan officer including closing and booking loans.
• Assist customers in completing loan and credit applications.
• Update loan information in the system and ensure files have signatures and dates.
• Prepare deferrals and handle delinquency letters.
• Handle customer inquiries and payments and maintain compliance.
