The role emphasizes consultative selling, risk management, and leveraging carrier relationships to deliver customized solutions. You will meet with business owners and executives, present programs, manage pipelines, and travel regularly to develop opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience in commercial insurance sales, business development, or risk advisory services.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, risk managers, and carrier partners.
• Identify client risks and develop customized insurance and risk management strategies.
• Lead client meetings, coverage reviews, renewal discussions, and new business presentations.
• Partner with internal service, marketing, claims, placement, and carrier teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Present insurance programs, risk management strategies, and added services to clients and prospects.
• Maintain sales activity, pipeline management, and client information within CRM platforms.
