Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Producer to drive new business growth and develop long-term client relationships. You’ll work with business owners and executives to tailor insurance and risk management solutions using Brown & Brown's market access and carrier network.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic meetings, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive coverage and value-added services. Travel will be required to engage clients.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven success in commercial insurance sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and carrier markets.
• Ability to generate revenue and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client development.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, risk managers, and carriers.
• Identify client risks and develop customized risk management strategies.
• Lead client meetings, coverage reviews, renewals, and new business presentations.
• Collaborate with service, marketing, claims, placement, and carrier teams.
• Present insurance programs and risk management solutions to clients.
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Represent Brown & Brown at networking events and associations.
