Qualifications

• Prior legal or case management experience is preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to assist in multiple areas of the business.
• Must work in person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake to settlement.
• Communicate and sign new leads.
• Support daily operational tasks for workflow.
• Collaborate with pre-litigation and litigation departments.
• Maintain accurate, organized case files.
