Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services seeks a highly motivated Business Manager to drive growth and efficiency for Molly Maid in Downers Grove, IL. The role blends sales acumen with operations and team management to achieve aggressive targets and deliver high-quality service.

You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and client relations to build a positive team culture and client satisfaction. You will oversee on-site operations, implement process improvements, and report performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check may be required.
• Bilingual with professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or office/operations management.
• Proven sales/estimating success in a service-based industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and market share across commercial and residential sectors.
• Conduct on-site assessments and prepare detailed cleaning estimates and proposals for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; oversee field cleaning teams; coordinate office staff and scheduling.
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance and scheduling.
