Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products and services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and firm objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million for your assigned branches; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure portfolio profitability
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business; follow a disciplined relationship development process
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk/regulatory requirements
