Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with all staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; establish plans and meet SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; monitor forecasts and expenses.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff; ensure KPI targets are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams; drive service improvements.
