Job summary

IES is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee profit, loss and operations of the Fort Worth branch. You will coordinate sales, operations and administration staff, driving margins, budgets, HR, delivery and customer satisfaction to meet profitability goals.

You will recruit, mentor and develop staff, set quotas, monitor performance, and collaborate with regional management to deliver branch results. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive management experience, including branch/senior divisional responsibility.
• 5+ years in Sales and/or Sales Management.
• 10+ years of personnel management with HR responsibilities.
• 5+ years of telecommunications or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage and discipline branch staff per policy.
• Develop opportunities and track results using company software.
• Set quotas and margin assignments for branch staff.
• Monitor quota achievement and provide sales leadership at the branch.
• Lead branch delivery, operations, customer satisfaction and admin activities.
